Shavon has been a licensed massage therapist in New York City since 2013.  In 2006, she graduated from Charleston Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Biology and Athletic Training. After moving to Atlanta, Georgia and working in health wellness for 5 years,  Shavon decided to move to New York in order to expand upon her degree and to realize her ultimate goal of working within the holistic wellness field. In 2012, she made the decision to enroll in the two year Massage Therapy program at New York College of Health Professions.  Her purpose being to fulfill an existing passion of hers, in conjunction with, enhancing her existing degree and efforts. After completing the program in less than a 1 ½ years, Shavon graduated with an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy with Honors. She has continued her education by receiving certifications in Basic Fascial Movement Taping, Performance Fascial Movement Taping, Sports Massage, SportStretch©, and Modern Cupping to name a few.
