I have been practicing and studying massage professionally for twenty years. Massage has always been very natural for me and I first learned to give massage as a toddler. Natural healing and massage have been very important to me in my life. There were many things that I had to work through during my teenage years and into my twenties. Hurricane Katrina also gave me a great deal of my own personal trauma that created a space and need for new growth in my life. I am grateful for the opportunity I have to work with others as they work through their pain and traumas and I am grateful to have the skill, the touch, and the knowledge to facilitate one's healing in their own life and body. I continue to study, travel, learn, and I am finally starting to teach. While I have studied many Eastern methods, I have over 20,000 hours in hands on work and continue most of my education in sports therapies, deep tissue, traditional healing and Thai Massage. Learning and growing, constantly.

After feeling the positive effects of the NADA Acudetox system I traveled to New York City to study at the Lincoln Memorial Hospital drug treatment center. There I studied and practiced this acupuncture protocol with the Doctor who began the program. I will finally be getting my license to provide this service for other people sometime very soon and I look forward to someday being able to offer this along with my other services.

Thorough-neck to toe. Very deep tissue massage. Removed all stress and tension. I felt like I was walking on air when I left.

Very welcoming, Amy listened to my concerns, explained what she was doing (I am new to massage therapy). The amount of pressure was perfect. It was a truly relaxing experience.

Love massages by Amy! She’s seriously the best. Occasionally, I am gifted massages by other massages therapists and I always leave disappointed. Nothing compares to Amy’s massages! She listens and focuses on problem areas and I always leave feeling better. Thank you Amy!
