I learned at a very young age that I enjoyed the workings of the body and that, by pushing here or rubbing there, I could effect some healing. Wham!! I was hooked! Professional training began at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA in 1987 where I received my CMT. I have continued to take classes and seminars all these years and I have used these continuing education classes to enhance my practice. I work with energy (no physical touch) all the way to deep tissue. I especially enjoy work with meridians and acupresure points to effect change and encourage relaxation and health. My modalities include specialization in Acupressure, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, TuiNa, Thai Herbal Balls and general massage. All of the techniques give me a broad range of tools and education to help you wirh things such as muscular pain or injury, migraines and headaches, sciatica, "computer shoulders", back pain and, best of all, relaxation!
