Life is busy. Trying to fit in gym time is hard. This week I was so sore after my first day back to the gym. Tuesday morning it hurt to walk. Jennifer was able to massage out a lot of the lactic acid and help my muscle recover more quickly. Jennifer did an amazing job. I hope she is invited back again.
