My passion is helping others feel their best through holistic healing and natural beauty. I’m always learning, have accumulated many trainings and certifications over the years from massage (Swedish and Thai) to energetic and emotional healing (Emotion Code, Bodycode, Theta Healing, Reconnective Healing, Reiki, Quantum Touch, and the I Ching). Most recently become certified in breathwork, (obsessed!)… an incredible journey into self-discovery and multi-dimensional healing. At the moment I’m finishing certifications in yin yoga and holistic life coaching. My primary job is being the founder/director at my company Nushape, LLC, we make phototherapy products that harness the power of LED red light and infrared wavelengths for a variety of beauty and wellness treatments.
