I became a massage therapist because I've alway had a passion for helping people and I found my way of communicating and helping others through massage. The session with Tarika was absolutely incredible. It had been about 3 years since I last had massage and I’d been dealing with sever right hamstring and lower back tightness. I decided to just go all in with a 2 hour sports massage. Here I am thinking it’s just my hamstrings but Tarika just kept finding spots all over my body lol. And yes, there were some moments where the pressure had me😩😳… but it’s what my body needed… hurt soooooo good. Her hands are amazing. And ohhhh the stretching… YES PLEASE!!! As I am active in the gym and running, I am really prioritizing my overall health and wellness and I’ve already booked my next session with Tarika in 3 weeks. I slept about 10.5 hours Saturday night into Sunday morning too.

Tarika is AH-MAZING! Hands down the best massage I've ever had in my life! Her calm and kind demeanor made me feel welcome and at ease from the start. She checked in with me periodically during the treatment to see how I was doing, incorporated a variety of techniques to help work out tension and reduce stress. and I left a puddle of relaxation!

Tarika was fantastic and very skilled. I especially loved her attention to detail, her thoroughness, her massage techniques and trimmed nails (being scratched was a problem with some of my previous massages)
