I was so tight from a combo of computer laptop working and a recent long drive that this deep tissue massage was really needed. Alyssa detected my knots and tight areas and went to town. I personally like my massages a bit harder than typical so I like that they are able to adjust lighter or harder here at a moment's notice. I'm also picky about finding the right person to massage me and I am a big Alyssa fan! I left the session so much better, my back and neck feel more normal again! I will be back.
