I usually go to my acupuncturist and chiropractor to help fix my rotator cuff and back, but lately, it doesn't seem to help. So I decided to try a session with Scott, owner of Mystic Massage & Wellness. I had a 90-minute session of Cup Therapy/Myofascial Decompression. It was very different from what I was used to. The session consisted of massage with electrodes, cupping, and scrapping with light body movement. Then, we did a series of movement exercises with body weight. It was very interactive and almost like a workout. In the end, I was exhausted. I was sent home with band and weight exercises to do until my next session. So far, I feel this treatment is much more geared to my athletic training and seems more useful than the old conventional style treatments I received in the past.

I have gone for 3 sessions so far once a week and thanks to Scott I’ve already seen improvement with my shoulder injury & upper body imbalances in such a short amount of time! I’m very grateful I was referred to him. Definitely 10/10 recommend!
