Was a relaxing experience! James was able to not only give a holistic therapeutic body massage he was also able to hone in on “hot spots” that was definitely noticeable the following day. Less tension in the back/hip area made for a better feeling workout!

James was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He understood the areas that needed work and provided insights as well as worked on those specific areas. He guided on next steps as well as remediation and preventive steps for the specific muscle groups. I would recommend all my friends to have a visit with him.
