What I appreciate the most about massage is how different the experience can be, especially when the therapist is grounded, present and naturally intuitive to what the client needs.  This approach and belief is what I am passionate about providing as a personalized experience for women.

After a period of stepping back from massage in order to become a certified health and wellness coach for women, I return to my massage practice with a renewed focus to primarily guide women with the art of relaxation, an often underestimated yet crucial benefit for those who are stressed and/or suffer from anxiety.  When you can truly melt into the massage table, slow your heart rate down, your muscle tension naturally releases which helps increase mobility and reduce pain.

If you are a woman who seeks a massage that allows you to fully unplug and decompress, my approach is perfect for you as I offer a combination massage that can be both relaxing and effective in relieving tension.  I also love working with pregnant women as their bodies transform through pregnancy.

Additional information:  my massage studio is located inside my home in a guest room (with a restroom) just inside my front door.  I strive to provide a clean, quiet and professional space.
