Her specialties are Trigger Point & Deep Tissue Modalities.  Mai understands that the needs of all of her  patients are different, though many are athletes with chronic patterns of muscular pain. Mai gets to know each of her patients on an individual basis so she can determine which massage techniques will best meet their needs.

Mai respects what kind of massage you enjoy most! She loves to do deep tissue and I, as well, like her to find the kinks and knots, but I like it on a little bit more of a limited basis, and she respects that. She gives an awesome massage!

Mai was great. Definitely knows her anatomy and her ability to manipulate soft tissues that makes you hurt so good!! Felt immediate relief post treatment.
