I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009 and have performed over 5,000 hours of massage and bodywork. I graduated from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in Morristown, NJ where I completed the Massage and Bodywork Program consisting of 620 hours.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009 and have performed over 5,000 hours of massage and bodywork. I graduated from the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in Morristown, NJ where I completed the Massage and Bodywork Program consisting of 620 hours.

Since my graduation, I have received certifications in the following massages: active massage cupping, sports, medical, deep tissue, prenatal, reflexology, aromatherapy, and chair event massage. I also have experience with myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, hot stone, as well as geriatric massage.

Many of my clients have chronic low back pain, neck and shoulder tension, fibromyalgia, and sciatica among a variety of other ailments. They have found relief through my therapeutic sessions as it is always my intention to address specific problem areas while also allowing the body to relax.

I provide massage services in my client's homes and will travel within a 20 minute distance from Morris Plains, NJ.

During my free time, I enjoy being in the outdoors with my husband and three dogs, reading, watching movies, and traveling.
