With a background in Martial Arts, Kristin started out working on teammates who recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in massage therapy.  In 2000, Kristin graduated from The Center for Massage & Natural Health in Asheville, NC and began working as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2001.  Since then, Kristin has gained extensive hours in various massage modalities and techniques including; reflexology, ashiatsu, TMJD, ear candling, prenatal/postnatal massage, deep tissue, hot stone and more.  Kristin also offers spa bodywraps without the use of a wet room.

Kristin began her practice in Asheville, NC and has since returned to her hometown of Morganton, NC which is snuggled in the foothills of western NC.  Kristin owns and operates AmaZEN Day Spa which is conveniently located across from the train depot in historic downtown Morganton.
