I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 11 years. I am currently practicing as a small business here in Kentucky with two locations now, Lexington and Morehead. I have been certified in several modalities including orthopedic and sports massage, Swedish, Hot-stone, Prenatal, Stretching, Myofascial release and trigger point therapy techniques. I began my massage therapy career working for a fantastic Physical Therapist in Arlington, Tx. I have been passionate about anatomy and physiology for as long as I can remember and truly enjoy working with clients to address the issues they deal with daily. 


I have been married for nearly 5 years and have 3 beautiful girls. Twin toddlers and a teenager! We currently live in Morehead, Ky with our dog, Maggie and our cat, Duchess. I am also completing a Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resources. My goal is to be a managing partner in a wellness group that includes massage, of course, as well as chiropractic care, personal training, counseling, nutrition specialists and holistic medical specialists. I firmly believe in treating the entire human, not just symptoms. 

When I am not working with clients or doing course work, I am playing with my kiddos, reading, or doing something artsy. I love to make jewelry, sketch, and paint. I will be opening an Etsy shop soon!
