I'm a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with training in Swedish massage, prenatal massage, sports massage, Shiatsu, trigger point therapy, and polarity therapy. I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in July 2017. I'm especially interested in working with people with Fibromyalgia and other chronic diseases and use an integrative and holistic approtch specific to my clients needs. I'm also a graduate of the Academy of Healing Nutrition in New York City, where I studied natural healing of mind, body, and spirit using natural strategies, including Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I'm married with 2 boys (11 and 13), a daughter (4), a dog, and a cat. I love spending time with my family, gardening, hiking, experiencing new cultures, and just being outside. I love learning about the human body, muscles and nerves, and how to provide treatment through massage. I have always considered myself a healer and have a passion for holistic health. I’ve also made it my personal mission to make a significant difference in the lives of others. At a very young age, and throughout my life, I’ve watched people I care about suffer. I saw the people I love bear the pain of these diseases, particularly cancer and diabetes. It was as if their pain became my own. I felt like I took on their emotion and pain and I felt helpless. Because of these experiences, I’ve developed an interest in health. Seeing how certain forms of treatment limited their quality of life, I’ve also been increasingly interested in holistic health. As a result, my motivation for helping those around me has never been higher. My goal is to help relieve my clients from chronic pain, while exhibiting how massages add benefits to a healthy body and mind.

This was my first time to meet Carol. She listened carefully to my specific concerns following total knee replacement surgery and made sure I was comfortable on her table. I left feeling like a new woman and look forward to returning!
