Energy Work & Massage

I practice both energy work and massage. Energy work can be done remotely at any distance. It helps to provide healing to physical, emotional or spiritual imbalances, whatever is needed, so each session may be a different experience. You may feel relaxed as if you had meditated or you could just feel lighter or just more able to handle life in a more responsive rather than reactive way or a calming balance.
