The first thing Herman will ask YOU is, "In what areas do we need to work on today?". He focused exactly where I requested, time just flies when you're having a great massage! It was extremely relaxing - I think I dose off a few times. Herman is a true professional, he cares about his customers and he is cognitive to our needs. I will definitely be going back!
