Consistency is also true for massage. It's not always possible to address every concern thoroughly each session. The body is complex. Injuries are complex. Typically it took an extended amount of time to accrue muscular discomfort and unfortunately, it can also take time to achieve the desired results of reduced pain and muscular dysfunction. That isn't to say there aren't instant and short term benefits immediately walking out of a massage treatment. Leaving a massage feeling completely relaxed is definitely an acceptable goal!
