My husband and I booked the saua for a 60-minute session which was absolutely wonderful. They were welcoming at check-in, made sure the sauna was hot before we arrived, and provided us with oils in case we wanted to use them with a steam. Even though the sauna was really hot already, they did a great job of keeping it at a precise 180 degrees by coming by mid-way through and throwing another log in the Kuuma stove.

What a great way to relax and sweat out stress and toxins simultaneously. I like to sit in the sauna before my massages with Margaret. The Sauna is always HOT and well maintained.

What a wonderful experience!! The Atacama Sauna is fabulous for body, mind and soul. It has a welcoming, cozy and intimate feel. The heat feels amazing this time of year and the contrast with the cold air and ice water is incredibly invigorating. Be sure to drink lots of water before and after your session and you won't regret trying this delightful winter experience.
