Paul Skrbec, LMT/NASM-CPT has been practicing massage since 2015 received his training at Saint Paul College. He completed his massage certification with honors in May 2016 to open up his licensed massage therapist (LMT) private-practice out of his home in North Minneapolis. He was certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2017. He previously worked as the Director of Massage Therapy for a busy, award-wining franchise spa located in St. Louis Park managing a team of massage 15 therapists.
He is licensed by the City of Minneapolis, certified in CPR and First Aid by the American Red Cross, and insured through Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in psychology from Saint John's University in Collegeville, MN. Upon graduating, he pursued his first career in marketing and public relations for more than two decades before discovering first-hand that stress and lack of attention to a wellness plan works against the body's design. He left his corporate job in to enroll in school and begin a new career in massage, fitness, health, wellness and lifestyle coaching.
From April through October, he splits time between Minneapolis and his hometown of Gilbert where he runs West Forty RV Park and Campground. During the camping season, his available hours get reduced to 2-3 days a week. In the camping off-season, he works with massage clients 5-days a week.
An avid distance runner, Paul enjoys running in the Twin Cities as well as trails on the Iron Range. He loves the Minnesota outdoors goes on camping and hiking trips whenever he can. Keeping up with an active lifestyle plays a central role of his philosophy of life and fitness goals. He uses the same approach when working with clients to achieve their goals, too. The biggest factor to successfully living healthy is to figure out what works for you, with the understanding that no two people are the same. He is committed to working with you to build a path forward so that you can reach your goal of living a healthy lifestyle.
