I received my first massage at the young age of 14! Instantly, I knew this would be my future. I continue to stay updated with the newest research in Massage Therapy and continue to educate myself in new modalities. I am certified in Swedish massage, Sports massage, Deep Tissue massage, Pre-Natal massage, Hot Stone massage, PNF stretching, Chair massage and Aromatherapy. My future goals include certification in Thai Massage, Medical Massage, and Myofacial Massage. I am Licensed in the State of Connecticut, Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Nicole listens before each session to what you are looking to get out of the massage and adjusts the session accordingly. She will make sure that you are okay with the amount of pressure applied and will explain what she is doing if it is different/out of the usual, than what is expected. This usually happens if she finds a muscle that needs extra attention that you may not have been aware of. Very professional, very thorough, always aiming to do the best for the client.
