My journey into massage therapy began at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado (MTIC), where I graduated in 2017. I believe in a holistic approach to massage therapy, which means I draw from a diverse range of techniques and modalities to tailor each session to your unique needs. My practice includes techniques from posture and alignment modalities, as well as movement and body awareness practices such as yoga, Pilates, and tai chi. These methods help to foster a deeper connection between body and mind, empowering you to take an active role in your own wellness.
My sessions may incorporate a variety of elements, including different massage styles, tools, stretching, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques. I also integrate gentle practices such as craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation techniques, all aimed at promoting a safe and comfortable healing environment.

My goal is to provide a session that not only addresses your immediate needs but also supports your long-term well-being. Whether you prefer a more focused, therapeutic approach or a passive, relaxing experience, each style has its benefits, and I encourage open communication to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

Transparency is a cornerstone of my practice. My rates are all-inclusive, meaning that gratuity and any additional services incorporated into your massage are included in the price. This approach ensures that there are no surprises and helps me sustain a livable wage while providing high-quality care.
Additionally, I use essential oils during sessions to enhance your experience, and I bring my two emotional support animals to the office. If you have any allergies or are uncomfortable around dogs, please let me know in advance so I can make appropriate arrangements to ensure your comfort.
