I'm Lisa Charney, a certified reflexologist, yoga instructor and holistic wellness practitioner.
Having had an interest in alternative healing therapies from a young age, I studied and experienced many fascinating modalities. Intrigued by the science of reflexology, I received certification in 2004 from Bergen Community College, as well as additional training with Sole Revival Reflexology in 2014.
Yoga is also a deep passion of mine that I practice on a daily basis. With a desire to further my studies, I've received Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Chair Yoga Instructor certifications from Integral Yoga Institute. For the past 15 years, I've studied advanced acupressure techniques, sound therapy, Yi Gun Gin, herbology, raw food nutrition and advanced yogic techniques with Margabandhu Martarano from IYI and received my Holistic Wellness certificate in 2014.
I consider myself a life-long student and absolutely love to pass along my knowledge to my clients and students. I have a passion to help others and feel complete satisfaction when I can guide my clients on their own self-healing journey.
