In my free time, I enjoy exploring healing modalities, practicing yoga, exploring in nature, traveling, and connecting with various multi-cultural communities in and beyond South Florida. Liz asked a few times throughout the session how the pressure was in different areas. She focused on the areas I told her were bothering me, all while giving a full body massage as well! The stretching she incorporated into the massage was great, it made me realize what other areas I could really use some work on!
