Tyrell did an excellent job stretching me and identifying multiple points that were stuck or not moving correctly that needed attention. Tyrell knows how to release knots built up in my lower back and neck. He also knows what muscles are contributing to the pain or the knotted muscles! So he knows the body and anatomy well! He also knows foot massage and reflexology.
