Julia explained everything ahead of time as well as during the massage, putting me at ease. This was especially helpful after having been in a fair amount of pain earlier. I felt better after the massage but even more so hours later.

Julia has a very caring but confident approach. She helped reassure me that, she would be both gentle and effective with the therapy and procedure. The results were amazing--Julia dramatically reduced the swelling and she increased my range of motion, while carefully recognizing and respecting my inability to tolerate pain.
