As a braider/hairstylist while actively working out, I struggle with aches and pains, these are much needed. Angel is very thorough, makes sure that I’m ok and listen it’s exactly what it says no pain no gain but it hurt so good. She gives you the freedom to let her know when it’s to much pressure or not enough but trust me you’ll feel 10x better afterwards. She definitely got them hands lol and I will be back soon!!
