Everything is better with Wellness

Using a wide spectrum of abilities, I can customize a massage session for you each and every time for what you need that moment. I have been a Massage Therapist since 2005 and there is one thing each person I have worked with has in common, no two people are alike, even if they are seeking the same end result. Since this is true to me, I use my many skills to give you the best experience I can.

I attended school at the Institute of Massage Therapies in the Richmond Medical Park off Bremo Road in Richmond, VA in 2004. Once I graduated and took my national exam I found work mostly in spas. I have always had a special place in my heart for cancer patients, survivors and care givers, and immediately started my education within the Oncology Massage field. As of today I have 200 hours of continued education working with Cancer patients currently going though treatment and cancer patients who are in remission. I am also a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist. You can be sure if you have a session with me, the safest, most effective massage will be given so you, your doctor and family can relax and not worry.

Along with Oncology Massage and Lymphatic Drainage I am very familiar and practice regularly providing:
Reiki energy work, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Thai Stretching, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Prenatal Massage.

I work with a lot of athletes (adults and children), over whelmed mom's and caregivers, pregnant mothers, busy business people who travel a lot or don't, students and more!
Massage can benefit just about everyone in multiple ways. If you have a medical condition or you take a medication you are not certain is safe for massage, I will be more than willing to answer questions and give you the best answer.

Oncology Massage, working with current and past cancer patients since 2006.
