Providing rehabilitation, restoration, and relaxation to fitness enthusiasts, weekend warriors, and those just getting back into fitness after being away for a while (or away for a lifetime). Using deep tissue, structural integration and musculoskeletal manipulation, my goal is to help reduce pain, improve recovery and add to my clients' quality of life.
BIO:
I chose a career in massage after graduating from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Exercise Science. I knew I wanted to work with people to make them healthier and to feel better. Massage therapy was a natural fit. I went to Midlands Technical College and obtained my license in 2013. I was able to use what I had already learned in anatomy and physiology and apply it in a meaningful way that benefited others. Because of my background in sports and physical activity, my style of massage is a hybrid of sports and deep tissue that combines stretching, trigger point work, and myofascial release. I have worked predominately in spa settings but have recently started my own business in Matthews, NC and constantly educate myself about the best methods and techniques that will benefit my clients.
