Sarga Bodywork is a deep tissue barefoot massage modality that uses tensegrity created by a Silk attached to the bottom of the massage table. Traditional barefoot modalities use an overhead bar system to create downward pressure, where are the Silk allows to therapist to use oblique (towards the center of the body) pressure. While to intention of Sarga is similar to "traditional" westernized barefoot massage, it is a unique experience worth receiving.
