Mary has been offering advanced body work sessions for 21 years.  She offers medically based massage therapy ranging from pediatrics, through pregnancy, and beyond!  She is also a labor and delivery doula, educator, and pediatric hospice provider.  Mary utilizes deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, advanced lymphatics work, and athletic sports massage treatments to address aches, pains, and everything else!  Her favorite massage to give is an integrative session which will combine all of these therapies to help alleviate stiffness, sore muscles, deep pain, and imbalance.  Sessions with Mary are eye opening in that you will feel a difference in your body the first time you get up off the table.  Most therapists utilize skills to move fluid, and reduce tension.  Mary’s sessions work to lengthen muscle, rebalance bone and organ systems, separate out tissues that feel sore already to improve function, and boost immunity.  A session with Mary is completely different and can encompass very deep techniques.  Special care is given to make sure you are comfortable at all times.
