My overall goal as a massage therapist and health practitioner is to help you with your health and fitness goals and wellness journey. Whether your goals are small or large, I bring together my modalities that I have learned over the years as a massage therapist. I want to be able to help you recover quicker, help you reach your goals sooner, while keeping your body moving and feeling the best it possibly can.
Along with being a licensed massage therapist, I have earned my Bachelors of Sports Science from Northern Michigan University... GO CATS! Having a background as being an athlete at a young age starting with gymnastics, volleyball, training for and running half marathons (The San Francisco Nike Women’s Marathon, The Marquette Marathon, and The Waterfront Half Marathon in Gladstone MI,) weightlifting and competing in fitness competitions, I understand just how important it is to invest in your body’s health, injury prevention and recovery.
In addition to help you with your health and fitness goals, I also specialize in Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction, Migraine, and Headache relief. Using Active Release Techniques® (ART®) Spine Level 1, my clients have been able to get back to their activities of daily living and back to enjoying their life with less pain related to their particular issues.
