About Mantis Massage Therapy

Mantis Massage tailors each session using connective Swedish strokes with acupressure, targeted deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy and a variety of stretches, as necessary, to meet individual goals.

Clients report improved range of motion, better sleep and reductions in chronic pain and stress.

First time clients, we recommend reserving at least a 90-minute session to allow for optimum time for intake, assessment and treatment. Pregnant clients: Please wait to book sessions until you've entered your second trimester.

Please reschedule if you experience symptoms of COVID prior to arrival, including a fever, a cough, shortened breath, lost taste or small, congestion or a runny nose.
