I was constantly tired, everything I ate made me sick, I was getting more frequent headaches, I had bouts of depression and panic attack episodes, and I was having issues in my marriage. This is how stress affects our bodies. My self-care journey started with a massage and my life started to get a little bit better. It gave me the room to start making smaller changes and I was enjoying life again.
