I have been fortunate to work with UConn Athletics as an LMT giving me a strong foundation in sports massage and my work as a chiropractic assistant has given me a place to practice orthopedic techniques. My monthly deep-tissue massages with Aaron have helped me maintain my active lifestyle, even after a significant neck injury. Massages are thorough and purposeful. Aaron makes you feel seen and heard and truly tailors your massage to meet your personal needs. He is courteous, professional and, above all, knowledgeable. I really like how the massage feels like a joint effort (pun intended) between masseur and client, as Aaron openly discusses your musculature and ailments throughout the massage process. My visit with Aaron was my first medical massage. He was very informative and friendly. I felt very comfortable with him. He helped relieve alot of pressure. I would definitely recommend this massage.

Again, Aaron is a highly professional massage therapist with expertise in dealing with mobility, muscular and joint issues as well as general therapeutic relaxation massage. I have numerous injuries, including a neck fusion and if you're willing to do the work Aaron has techniques that have enhanced my quality of life in a way that no other massage therapist ever has. He and his wife's practice is immaculate and welcoming. I highly recommend Aaron amd Ledgebrook massage.
