I am a CCMT graduate of 2017. I have been fortunate to work with UConn Athletics as an LMT giving me a strong foundation in sports massage and my work as a chiropractic assistant has given me a place to practice orthopedic techniques. Target location pains with stretching, massages, and pressure points. First time I ever that I felt like massage therapy works. Very knowledgeable and gives advice post massage on tips of pain relief. Highly recommend!

First time at this location, he watched for me and met me at the door. Continuing to remove tight fascia from my shins. Mentioned unusual swelling in left foot. (almost three years at previous location)

He asked what i wanted to do, what areas to hit and how intense he should massage. i told him my neck and back/chest/shoulders were sore from gaming and activities/sports (without stretching after workouts too). He then tailored the massage to what he though would be best for my current lifestyle and areas of pain. Great technique of using stretching to dig deep. it was only really painful a couple of times, but that's kinda the point, as i feel looser and more relaxed (sore the following day, but not in a bad way, basically felt like soreness you get from a good workout). Towards the end, when he worked my back was the most relaxing part, because he used oils and less intense massage that almost put me to sleep. Overall, I enjoyed this massage a lot and will be going back. Thanks, Max.
