During my training, I studied over 100 different dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques & innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
After years cramming myself full of fast food, processed food & restaurant meals; I weighed in at almost 200 pounds. I made a vow to myself to change my ways & now 6 years & two children later; I’m in the best shape of my life. Change is hard & no one knows that better than me. Over the years I’ve transformed from an overweight, unhappy mess to a veggie fueled amateur athlete. I can be a person’s guide, coach & confidant on their journey to health. I work with each individual to assess their current lifestyle, create a detailed intention for their wellness & take them step-by-step in executing the plan. Through humor, kindness & a bit of tough love, I will hold them accountable for their choices & help them become a version of themselves they never knew existed!
