I love helping people feel better and achieve their bodywork goals, whether that is pain relief, stress reduction or working out various kinks in the body. My clients tell me I have gifted hands. I simply love to give my gifts and make a difference in the world by improving my clients’ lives. 

I have attended 2 massage schools – Wellspring in Morro Bay, CA and Northern Virginia Community College in Woodbridge, VA. I am a Certified Massage Therapist and also have my bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo, CA in Physical Education.  

I specialize in John Barnes Myofascial Release because it makes a big difference in people’s lives. I have helped people with pain reduction and elimination, TMJ issues, joint pain, back pain, neck pain, misaligned pelvis/shoulders/legs, spasmodic dysphonia, and more. I work in Old Town Manassas almost every day. I love to be outdoors, hike, read and do yoga.
