I enjoy being a part of true health care and wellness.In my own personal quest for better health and continued wellness, I have become a group fitness instructor and personal trainer.  It is my honor and privilege to assist people looking to improve and enhance their personal health and wellness picture through massage therapy, yoga, and functional training. Great place for a thorough massage that combines a very nice massage with a trained professional knowledgeable about the skeletal system. What makes this location extra special is that it's directly inside a chiropractic office. If you are experiencing issues that include chiropractic care or support, you have the best of both worlds. Stephanie's professionalism and personal care were beyond my expectations. Good quality service and treatment.

A few years back, I injured my lower back and started seeing Stephanie in conjunction with my chiropractor. It's not an overnight process, but we are at the point where I have no more pain. Even if you don't need to address some sort of specific muscle issue, a massage with Stephanie is the most relaxing experience.
