Before I practiced massage I had a job working for USGS for three years, were I was responsible for classifying plant communities. This experience sent me on the road to plant medicine! I have always been excited to learn about herbs/plants and have been learning about the benefits herbs/plants have to offer in the healing process and in everyday life.

Kristen is so knowledgeable and I felt comfortable asking questions. I feel like I can communicate what I'm experiencing. I loved the individual tailoring of the massage to fit my needs. She also left me with foam roller "homework" and emphasized it's importance if I wanted my problems to get better. I trust her and her methods!

Kristen was great, she could tell what my tight back muscles needed and was able to release my back muscles from living in a state of spasm. It was relaxing and punishing at the same time. Thank you!

Kristen consistently checks in with me throughout the massage without being intrusive. She is very interactive and flexible in her body work...she never seems like a robot going through a practiced routine.
