About Mama Jane Massage
My name is Liz Martin and I own Mama Jane Massage! I specialize in uterine, fertility, prenatal, labor, postpartum and infant massage and reflexology. Basically I love all things bodywork as it relates to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, babies and uteruses! While a lot of my work focuses on fertility,  reproductive and perinatal health, I also specialize in deep tissue and neuromuscular massage, especially as it relates to chronic pain or acute injuries in the neck, shoulders, hips and pelvis.

Additionally, we have a fantastic therapist named Quinn who also specializes in prenatal & postpartum bodywork, as well as myofascial release, cupping and one-on-one yoga!

Quinn is amazing at what she does! I had my second massage and have my third scheduled for a month out. Seriously the best massage I’ve ever gotten. I’m 14 weeks post partum and such a treat to myself. I hold so much tension in my head and neck and Quinn helped release so much of it and held space for me to release any emotion tension as well.
