I am a 2007 graduate of Parkland Community College's massage therapy program. I worked at Mettler Center for nearly 13 years. I also have a master's degree in Kinesiology from Eastern Illinois University. I practice Swedish/relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, and prenatal massage services mixed with some myofascial release techniques.

I went into the appointment with so much tightness in my shoulders, back, and jaw. I left feeling so relaxed and stress-free! It was an amazing much needed massage that really helped slow my mind down and calm my body. I’m already looking forward to scheduling my next one!
