Cancellation Policy: Life events happens and things change. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If client cancels within 24 hours, credit card on file will be charged $50. For no shows appointments, Card will be charged the amount of the scheduled service.  All services including gift cards, gift certificates or prepaid massages paid are not refundable under any circumstances. I had the worst massage experience of my life. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes before I was greeted and taken to the treatment room. To make matters worse, my session was cut short by 40 minutes.
