Cancellation Policy: Life events happens and things change. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If client cancels within 24 hours, credit card on file will be charged $50. For no shows appointments, Card will be charged the amount of the scheduled service. I had the worst massage experience of my life. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes before I was greeted and taken to the treatment room. To make matters worse, my session was cut short by 40 minutes.
