Hello! My name is Melissa McCutcheon and I would be your Licensed Massage Therapist if you chose to book an appointment with Melissa's Mobile Massage. 


 I graduated from Sioux Falls Massage and Education Center, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 2003. I have worked in both Chiropractic and Spa settings, including a spa ranked #1 in both Virginia and DC in 2013.  I also have the unique history of being an Occupational Therapy Assistant and be a chronic pain suffer myself. I have both Scoliosis and Fibromyaglia. 

My husband and I moved to Alabama in 2018 and in 2019 I was able to start my own Massage Therapy business.  My massage specialty is in chronic pain issues such as Sciatica, Migraines/Headaches, Fibromyalgia, Plantar Fasciitis and Sports Injuries. I used massage techniques like Deep Tissue Massage, Active Release Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Aroma Therapy and Cupping and offer in-home 90 or 120 minute sessions for one or two people.

Melissa spoke only when necessary. She was very conscientious regarding modesty. She used many very effective techniques, i.e., calming music, lightly scented oils, soft blankets..etc All this in addition to just being fantastic at her profession. Oh..and she brings a very comfortable table.
