This was my first massage, and Latoya made me feel comfortable by thoroughly explaining what it would be like beforehand. The room was spacious and had great energy. The massage table is large and can be heated; she offers the option of using heat or not.
Now, let's talk about her hands! Although this was my first experience getting a massage, her hands felt magical. I play high-level basketball year-round, so my body often undergoes intense strain. I left feeling relaxed and more mobile. Latoya also provided advice on how to maintain and enhance the benefits of the massage at home.

Let's start by saying my body was so tense that I legally would need to register it as a campground. She worked the sore spots and than some . Never felt more relaxed as well as more clarity.
