About MT Gabe

I'm in La Mesa, a simple place working with what I need to delivery a good quality massage, I work with the body, generally slow and methodical. Whether your dealing with aches, pains, stiffness or just need to relax and unwind come on in for a visit and for a bit extra you can add hotstones, cupping or massage gun deep tissue percussion to a session.

If your dealing with something I may be able to help. My goal with any of my clients is to get them to a point where they don't need to come in, then periodically come in for maintenance or to check in with their body as needed.

My name is Gabe a Massage Therapist since 2017, Holistic Health Practitioner, trail runner, ultra-runner, Navy veteran and grandpa.

I have been seeing Gabe for theraputic massages for over 3 years now. each time GETS BETTER AND BETTER!! Gabe knows my body: what I need (knead) work on and how to attack the aching muscles, etc. I love seeing Gabe. he 'gets me' and my stressed out/wound up body. bravo to his technique(s), professionalism and human care and kindness. a true gentleman and professional. fabulous communicator as well.
