I started down my path of helping others as a CNA and then graduating at the top of my class at the University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Over the years I have interned with a wide range of health care professionals including chiropractors, physical and occupational therapists, until I landed in the wonderful world of massage.

Over the years I have interned with a wide range of health care professionals including chiropractors, physical and occupational therapists, until I landed in the wonderful world of massage.

My interest in the well being of others stemmed from the incredible amount of reward and fulfillment that I feel by positively impacting an individuals' quality of life. I have found the most profound effect to be through use of neuromuscular therapy, corrective and integrative approaches to achieving mind, body, and spiritual health. In my free time I enjoy music, traveling, and spending time with animals and loved ones.
