I am here to support you in feeling your best through professional, empathetic client centered therapeutic massage. I offer several years of experience as well as participation in recent continuing education. I graduated with a certification in Body-Mind and Massage therapy from the Healing Arts Institute.  Body- Insight, Neuro- muscular, Prenatal, Relaxation and Trigger Point are skills I bring to the session. In addition, aromatherapy and Massage Cupping are therapies I offer. Most of all I want to assist you in feeling better. Whether your goals are to relieve pain, reduce negative stress, I will assist you, listen to you, and partner with you so that you can gain awareness for on-going self-care as well as regular sessions. I have worked with a diverse clientele in 15 years of practice, and through mindful, skillful, and empathetic work have been appreciated for relieving headaches, reducing the pain of plantar fasciitis, relaxing tired and overworked muscles, and helping clients get in touch with an overall feeling of general well-being.
