Services provided: Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage, Oncology Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching. Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) – Graston Technique therapy which addresses soft tissue injuries whether chronic, acute or post-surgical. This unique technique and instruments enable the treatment of scar tissue and fascial restrictions during rehabilitation that allows for faster rehabilitation with greater success when the goal is restoring range of motion, eliminating pain and restoring normal function.

Experienced in treating: Neck Pain (Cervical), Back Pain (thoracic, lumbar spine dysfunction), Hip & Shoulder Pain (Rotator Cuff Tendinitis. Sciatica, Whiplash, Tennis and Golfer’s Elbow, Fibromyalgia, Ankle Pain, Heel Pain (Plantar Fasciitis), Wrist Pain (Carpal Tunnel), Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Frozen Shoulder, Knee Pain, Hamstring Injuries, Adductor/Abductor Strains, Scoliosis, IT Band, TMJ, Edema.
