I am a graduate of Advanced Massage Therapeutics in Louisville, KY.  I specialize in Deep Tissue massage with a focus on upper body injury and relaxation.  I use a slower, more specific method to break down layers of scar tissue and move fascia for muscle release and pain relief.  I also incorporate passive and active stretching into most sessions depending on what the client is looking for.  I have a background in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Thai-Yoga, Reiki and Anatomy.  I am currently in courses to become a 200 hour yoga teach, which allows me to focus on different ways that the body moves on a daily basis. I have worked with everyone from professional athletes to the average Joe and use every experience to my advantage to make the most of your session.
